Grammy’s 2017, Adele, and Bruno Mars: Hello Can You Hear Me Fortune and Fame?

So the Grammy’s were on and yes Adele I can hear you walk all the way to the bank, cha ching your way down rodeo drive. And yes Bruno we all know you got that 24k magic. All the day long people stare at these celebrities and wish they could do what they do. Sing like they sing. Make money like they make money. But let’s be honest you are probably as talented as this chick.

I am not trying to be mean. While the video is hilarious, I’m just trying to be honest here. The chances of you getting famous is as the saying goes slim to none. As a matter of fact according to, “as of January 15, 2013, the number of pages in the category of Living People on Wikipedia is 604,174. The total global population is 7,059,837,187. This means that the fraction of living famous people is 0.000086. Using only the total English-speaking population of the world (approximately 1.49 billion), the fraction is 0.00041. So the fraction of famous people, using this rough approximation is somewhere between about  1 in 10,000 and 5 in 10,000 (or 1 in 2,000).” This means that most of the world’s population who want to get famous, are delirious.

Talent – You ain’t got it.

Forbes magazine just wrote a piece titled “Wanna be famous? Better get there by age 30” based on findings of Harvard University fellow Jean-Baptiste Michel and collaborator, Erez Lieberman Aiden. They postulated, based on data mining with complicated algorithms, unless you make fame by the age of 30 it probably ain’t happening. They do state that this is based on old information, however can you dispute this? At least as the norm?

But what about fortune? Is the same true of you if you don’t make big dollars by 30? Can you become financially free at any stage of your life unlike becoming famous? I believe it is a resounding yes! Have you considered this? Everyone who is famous may be rich, but not everyone who is rich is famous. Here is a list of online entrepreneurs I almost positive you never heard of. Now they are under 21 so don’t stone me for them being under 30. But if you do a simple search of successful (monetarily that is) people on google there are tons of people you will find whom you never heard of.

I say all this to say it’s never too late to make a portion of your dream true. You can be successful online. You can become financially free. I wrote an article on “The Anatomy of a Successful Internet Marketer“, it’s a short list of dos and don’ts on what successful people do to make money online.

If fame isn’t in the cards for you anymore. If the fat lady has sung your tune on making it on the next American Idol (is that show cancelled?) like these people –

I suggest investing in yourself. Invest in some quality training that will show you how to use your phone and computer to generate an income that you desire. It does take work, but I am telling you it is worth it. Hey I’ll take making it rich one day over being famous. If you are someone interested in finding out more check out our webinar we hold on Mondays by clicking here now to register.

If you enjoyed this article let me know in the comments below. Also I would love your thoughts on the age study and fame and well as to whether you have considered becoming an online entrepreneur and why you haven’t made the leap? What do you think we can learn from the rich and famous about money?
